Our Food and Drinks; What’s Cooking?
The food and drinks are great. The food is full of local flair and flavor, it’s fresh, it’s varied, and very tasty. And there’s plenty of it because we know that a hungry diver is not a happy diver.
Choose from a wide selection at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Between meals there is continuous complimentary tea, coffee, and ice water. In the afternoons there are local snacks to keep your energy up until dinner. Once a week, at least, we have a barbecue banquet with whole spit-roasted pig, barbecue fish, prawns, and a variety of very delicious local dishes, and the freshest of seasonal fruits.
Our team of local cooks works hard to prepare a variety of fresh traditional Minahasa, European, and Chinese cuisine. And we serve healthy portions, buffet-style, because we know diving makes divers hungry!
Lunch and dinner are buffet-style with a large assortment of meat, fish, vegetables, rice, and a snack. Soup is served at dinner.
Afternoon snacks, tea, coffee, and ice water are also available all day long.
You may enjoy a bottle of wine from our selection or sip a cold local Bintang beer while watching our spectacular sunsets!
